Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal si de vez en cuando nos proponemos comer comidas distintas pero que igual nos aporten beneficios? Hoy te compartimos una receta bien f\u00e1cil para que en 30\/40&#8242; estes disfrutando un budincito distinto. \u00bfNos ponemos a cocinar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para el bud\u00edn vegano de lentejas:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tazas o latas de lentejas cocidas<\/li><li>1 taza de la harina <\/li><li>1 taza de leche vegetal<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li><li>1 chorrito de extracto de vainilla<\/li><li>4 cucharadas de aceite de girasol o de coco<\/li><li>4 cucharadas de harina de algarroba <\/li><li>4 cucharadas de cacao (sino conseguis algarroba usa 8 de cacao directamente)<\/li><li>Opcional: frutos secos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prende el horno para que se vaya calentando. <\/li><li>En un bowl coloca todos los ingredientes y mixealos con mini pimmer.
