Todo lo que tenga ajo, perejil y tomates secos entra en mi categor\u00eda de favorito, as\u00ed que esta receta viene como anillo al dedo. Ver\u00e1s que no tardas nada en prepararlos y van perfectos en una picadita. \u00bfCocinamos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div class=\"adsense-post\">\n\t\t<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n\t\t<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n\t\t     style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\n\t\t     data-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\n\t\t     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\n\t\t     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9965753266003485\"\n\t\t     data-ad-slot=\"8352202704\"><\/ins>\n\t\t<script>\n\t\t     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\t\t<\/script><\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para esta receta de falafels de tomate:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90gr de tomates secos en aceite (sino sabes como se hacen segui leyendo que te explico)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de pur\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jugo de lim\u00f3n a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400gr de alubias blancas cocidas <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200gr de garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento:<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"586\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/veganoya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-de-2022-02-11-11-33-28-e1644575809196.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2720\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Receta de Falafels de Tomate<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esta receta tiene como ingredientes alubias y garbanzos ya cocinados. Sino vas a comprarlos ya  listos, <strong>deber\u00edas empezar por dejar una noche en remojo estas legumbres.<\/strong> Al d\u00eda siguiente desechar el agua de remojo, enjuagarlos y hervirlos hasta que est\u00e9n blandos con una pizca de sal en dos ollas distintas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahora si: arrancamos por hidratar los tomates secos sino tenes ya en la heladera un frasco. Pon\u00e9 a hervir agua y colocalos en un bowl. Hidratalos todo lo que puedas con agua hirviendo. Los que te sobren que no uses en esta receta, colocalos en un frasco limpio con aceite de girasol (siempre hasta arriba).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vamos a asar los ajos: para eso vamos a prender el horno a 200\u00baC. <strong><em>TIP: Podes aprovechar para asar m\u00e1s de dos dientes y guardarlos luego en frasco herm\u00e9tico que aguantan en heladera una semana. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separa los dientes que quieras asar, pelalos y ponelos en una fuente. A mi me gusta agregarle un chorrito de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinalos por 10 minutos y deja que se enfr\u00eden antes de guardarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sub\u00ed el horno a 220\u00baC. (calculale 20\u00baC menos si tu horno tiene ventilador).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pica un pu\u00f1ado de perejil.<br><br><div class=\"adsense-post\">\n\t\t<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n\t\t<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n\t\t     style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\n\t\t     data-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\n\t\t     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\n\t\t     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9965753266003485\"\n\t\t     data-ad-slot=\"8352202704\"><\/ins>\n\t\t<script>\n\t\t     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\t\t<\/script><\/div><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las legumbres, los tomates ya hidratados pero escurridos, el perejil, dos dientes de ajo asados, un chorrito de jugo de lim\u00f3n, 2 cucharadas de aceite (el que quieras; si ya ten\u00edas los tomates en un frasco podes usar de ese aceite), sal y pimienta dentro de un procesador de comida o una licuadora potente. Podes usar mini pimmier tambi\u00e9n.
